What we could have done differently to have gone faster:

The main thing was to add another spring to get more power.
Use lighter wheels because our wheels were a little heavy and it took more energy to get them going.

Price Sheet:

Back Wheels = $1.25 each

Roll of Fishing String = $2.50

Metal Brackets for front wheel = $0.50 each

Front Wheel = $1.00

Computer Mouse = Free

Mousetrap = $0.50

What I would change for next years contest:

Increase the 2.5m distance. Also get a better timing devise so there wont be confusion among the timers.
This will produce more accurate times.
