-Used smaller axles; big ones dont turn very well -
Used better wheels; bottle caps dond support weight very well
-Used bigger wheels; smaller ones spin too much under excessive power
Do not: -Use apoxy on plastic-especially tephlon based plastics. No matter how strong it is apoxy or glue does not like plastic surfaces
-Use rubber cement. The ounce of strength it offers isnt worth the 45 min wait it takes to dry.
-Use aluminum. Flimsy, crunches, does not stick welll, does not support weight well.
