On November 30, 2000, Steve Klein and 10 engineering students toured the NEC wafer manufacturing facilities in Roseville. Our hostess was former Yuba College student Avinash Sandher. She is now a Senior Quality Control Engineer at NEC. The students enjoyed the tour, including the wearing of clean-room booties.
